Product Overview
The 25 bag ground mounted dust collector for cement silo – Pulse Jet Type from R.A. Enterprises, Pune, Maharashtra is designed for efficient industrial dust extraction from cement silos, fly ash silos, RMC plants, concrete batching plants, cement unloading systems and compatible bulk-powder handling applications.
The system incorporates 25 high-efficiency pleated cartridge filter elements, an integrated bottom dust collection hopper, a top-mounted industrial suction blower and an automatic compressed-air pulse jet filter cleaning system. The ground-mounted arrangement provides convenient access for inspection, filter replacement and routine maintenance.
The dust collector can be connected to silos, screw conveyors, cement unloading points and material-transfer locations using suitable ducting and suction connections. Operating Principle:
The top-mounted industrial suction blower creates negative pressure inside the dust collector and draws dust-laden air from the connected cement silo, fly ash silo, unloading point, screw conveyor or material-transfer location into the filter chamber.
Dust particles are captured on the surface of the 25 pleated cartridge filter elements. Filtered air passes through the filter elements into the clean-air chamber and is discharged to atmosphere through the top-mounted suction blower.
Accumulated dust is periodically removed from the filter elements using the compressed-air pulse jet cleaning system. Compressed air stored inside the receiver tank is released through solenoid-operated pulse valves and the air manifold in short, controlled pulses.
The pulse action dislodges accumulated dust from the filter surface and allows the material to fall into the integrated bottom hopper. Collected dust can then be discharged manually or through a suitable butterfly valve, rotary valve or other discharge arrangement depending on the application.
