25 bag ground mounted dust collector for cement silo – Pulse Jet Type

Product Overview

The 25 bag ground mounted dust collector for cement silo – Pulse Jet Type from R.A. Enterprises, Pune, Maharashtra is designed for efficient industrial dust extraction from cement silos, fly ash silos, RMC plants, concrete batching plants, cement unloading systems and compatible bulk-powder handling applications.

The system incorporates 25 high-efficiency pleated cartridge filter elements, an integrated bottom dust collection hopper, a top-mounted industrial suction blower and an automatic compressed-air pulse jet filter cleaning system. The ground-mounted arrangement provides convenient access for inspection, filter replacement and routine maintenance.

The dust collector can be connected to silos, screw conveyors, cement unloading points and material-transfer locations using suitable ducting and suction connections. Final airflow, blower capacity, filtration area and duct sizing should be selected according to dust loading, number of suction points, plant layout and operating conditions.

Cleaning System: Automatic compressed-air pulse jet filter cleaning using an air receiver tank, solenoid-operated pulse valves and compressed-air manifold. The top-mounted blower creates suction and discharges filtered clean air; it is not used for cleaning the filter elements.

Operating Principle:

The top-mounted industrial suction blower creates negative pressure inside the dust collector and draws dust-laden air from the connected cement silo, fly ash silo, unloading point, screw conveyor or material-transfer location into the filter chamber.

Dust particles are captured on the surface of the 25 pleated cartridge filter elements. Filtered air passes through the filter elements into the clean-air chamber and is discharged to atmosphere through the top-mounted suction blower.

Accumulated dust is periodically removed from the filter elements using the compressed-air pulse jet cleaning system. Compressed air stored inside the receiver tank is released through solenoid-operated pulse valves and the air manifold in short, controlled pulses.

The pulse action dislodges accumulated dust from the filter surface and allows the material to fall into the integrated bottom hopper. Collected dust can then be discharged manually or through a suitable butterfly valve, rotary valve or other discharge arrangement depending on the application.

Yes. Suitable filter media and system configuration can be selected for fly ash and other compatible fine dry powders according to the material characteristics and operating conditions.
5. What is the filtration area of the 25 filter dust collector?
The reference filtration area is approximately 35–50 m² depending on the selected filter element, filter media and final equipment configuration.
6. What filter media is used?
Polyester Spunbond is used in the reference configuration. Anti-static and PTFE-treated filter media can also be considered depending on dust characteristics and application requirements.
7. What is a pulse jet dust collector?
A pulse jet dust collector uses short controlled bursts of compressed air to remove accumulated dust from the filter elements. This allows the dust to fall into the collection hopper while helping maintain filtration performance.
8. How are the filter elements cleaned?
Compressed air stored in the air receiver tank is released through solenoid-operated pulse valves and the compressed-air manifold in short, sequential pulses to clean the filter elements.
9. Does the pulse jet dust collector require compressed air?
Yes. Compressed air is required for automatic pulse jet filter cleaning. Required pressure, air consumption, pulse duration and cleaning sequence depend on the final equipment design and operating conditions.
