36 bag centralized dust collector for multiple silos – Pulse Jet Type

Product Overview

36 bag centralized dust collector for multiple silos – Pulse Jet Type from R.A. Enterprises, Pune, Maharashtra is designed for high-capacity dust extraction from cement silos, fly ash silos, RMC plants, concrete batching plants and industrial bulk-material handling systems.

The system incorporates 36 high-efficiency pleated cartridge filter elements, an integrated bottom dust collection hopper, a top-mounted industrial suction blower and an automatic compressed-air pulse jet filter cleaning system. This ground-mounted configuration provides convenient filter inspection and maintenance while supporting centralized dust extraction from one or multiple collection points.

The system can be engineered for multiple silos, screw conveyor feeding points, cement bulker unloading locations and material-transfer points using customized ducting and suction connections. Final airflow, filtration area, blower selection and duct sizing should be confirmed according to the number of suction points, simultaneous operation, dust characteristics and actual plant conditions.

Cleaning System: Compressed-air pulse jet cleaning through an air receiver tank, solenoid-operated pulse valves and compressed-air manifold. The top-mounted blower is used for suction and clean-air discharge; it is not used for filter cleaning.

Operating Principle:

The top-mounted industrial suction blower creates negative pressure inside the dust collector and draws dust-laden air from connected cement silos, fly ash silos, screw conveyors, cement bulker unloading points or other material-transfer locations into the filter chamber.

Dust particles are captured on the surface of the 36 pleated cartridge filter elements. Filtered air passes through the filter elements into the clean-air chamber and is then discharged to atmosphere through the top-mounted suction blower.

During operation, accumulated dust is periodically removed from the filter elements by the compressed-air pulse jet cleaning system. Compressed air stored in the receiver tank is released through solenoid-operated pulse valves and the air manifold in short, controlled pulses. These pulses dislodge accumulated dust from the filter surface.

The cleaned-off dust falls into the integrated bottom hopper, from where it can be discharged manually or through a suitable butterfly valve, rotary valve or other discharge arrangement depending on the application.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is a 36 filter ground mounted dust collector?
A 36 filter ground mounted dust collector is an industrial dust extraction system equipped with 36 filter elements, a suction blower, pulse jet cleaning system and bottom dust collection hopper. It is suitable for cement silos, fly ash silos, RMC plants and centralized dust collection applications.
2. What does 36 filter dust collector mean?
It means that the dust collector is equipped with 36 individual filter elements. In this configuration, pleated cartridge filter elements are used to provide a large filtration area for higher airflow and dust-loading applications.
3. How does a 36 filter ground mounted dust collector work?
The top-mounted suction blower creates negative pressure and draws dust-laden air into the filter chamber. Dust is captured by the filter elements while clean air passes into the clean-air chamber and is discharged through the blower.
4. How are the filter elements cleaned?
The filters are automatically cleaned using compressed-air pulse jet cleaning. Compressed air stored in the receiver tank is released through solenoid-operated pulse valves and the air manifold in short pulses that remove accumulated dust from the filter surface.
5. What is a pulse jet dust collector?
A pulse jet dust collector uses short bursts of compressed air to clean the filter elements. The pulse removes accumulated dust from the filter surface and allows the dust to fall into the collection hopper.
6. What is the function of the top-mounted blower?
The top-mounted industrial blower creates the suction or negative pressure required to draw dust-laden air through the dust collector. It also discharges filtered clean air from the clean-air chamber.
7. Does the blower clean the filter elements?
No. In this configuration, the blower is used for suction and clean-air discharge. Filter cleaning is performed separately by the compressed-air pulse jet system.
8. What components are used in the pulse jet cleaning system?
The pulse jet cleaning arrangement typically includes a compressed-air receiver tank, solenoid-operated pulse valves, compressed-air manifold or blow pipes and the required control arrangement for sequential cleaning.
9. Can the dust collector be used for cement silos?
Yes. The system is suitable for cement silo dust collection, silo venting, cement transfer points and centralized dust extraction in concrete batching and RMC plants.
10. Can it be used for fly ash?
Yes. Appropriate filter media and system design can be selected for fly ash and other compatible fine dry powders depending on material characteristics and operating conditions.
11. Can one 36 filter dust collector be connected to multiple silos?
